Brian Fewster has degrees in English and Computing. After many years as a teacher, he worked as an IT administrator before his retirement last year. He has been a candidate for the Green Party in local, national and European elections. An active member of World Development Movement and an anti-globalisation campaigner. he has also taken part in the anti-Trident Faslane blockade. A published poet, he is Chair of Leicester Poetry Society. |

Chris Seal works as a window cleaner. He is a charity fund-raiser and an active campaigner on third world issues and animal rights. He believes that we need to live more simply and considerately in order to reduce our demands on the world's limited resources and fragile ecosystem. He says: "The Government and local authorities must plan for a year on year reduction od CO2 emissions, and we as individuals can do the same." |
