Indira Nath Indira Nath, a retired primary school teacher, is a member of the Leicester Society of Recorder Players and also of the Leicestershire Footpath Assocation.
Neil Brown Neil Brown is a Research Fellow at De Montfort University's Institute of Energy and Sustainable Development. Neil is 37 and has has lived in Leicester for 19 years. Having completed a PhD, he worked in Engineering R & D, until becoming a Research Fellow investigating the reduction of building energy consumption. Keenly interested in green issues since the 1980s, his main political interests are climate change, transport, crime reduction, UK manufacturing industry, human rights and freedom of speech. He also is a keen gardener, hillwalker, DIY enthusiast and cyclist.
Jan Robertson Sharpe is a Senior Lecturer in Maths at De Montfort University. Having previously lived abroad and taught English as a Foreign Language, she chose to live in Leicester for its multi-cultural profile, and has been here for eight years. She is an amateur musician and singer - a member of several local community music groups - and has organised musical events locally.
